Return and Refund Policy

Introduction

You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Inuit—both new and sale items. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns  be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. 

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days (EU consumers) or 30 days (US and Canadian consumers) without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days (EU) or 30 days (US and Canada) from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) using the contact details provided below.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning Goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days (EU) or 30 days (US and Canada) from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days (EU) or 30 days (US and Canada) has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt at info@inuitgoggles.com. We will arrange for the return of the item at no cost to you and ensure that you receive the correct or non-faulty item promptly.
