- We will send you the shipping label, so you don't need to pay for anything; it is completely on us.

- Prepare the package and drop it off at a courier drop-off point (we'll tell you which courier).

- Wait 1-2 weeks while we repair the goggles and send them back to you at the address you desire, ready to live their second life even better than their first.
